Das Potsdamer Wohnheim, in dem vier Menschen getötet wurden, hat die Aufsicht nur einen Tag vor der Tat kontrolliert – auch zu Gewalt in der Pflege. Laut Behörde war der Träger »fachgerecht und angemessen aufgestellt«.
