Bei den Kommunalwahlen in der Türkei hat es im ostanatolischen Malatya eine Schießerei gegeben. Dabei kamen zwei Wahlbeobachter ums Leben. Die beiden sollen gegen eine offene Stimmabgabe protestiert haben.
