Hamburg: Elbvertiefung wird weit teurer als geplant

Nach 17 Jahren Planung und Prozessen will Hamburg mit der Vertiefung und Verbreiterung der Elbe beginnen, doch das kommt teuer: Allein für die Hansestadt soll das Projekt 67 Millionen Euro mehr kosten als geplant.
